Annual General Meeting

The IIRRT AGM generally occurs in October of each year the evening prior to the Annual Conference. All members are asked to attend. The AGM functions to review the IIRRT work throughout the year and to consider the accounts of the Institute. This serves as an excellent opportunity for members to input into the workings of the AGM and shape the objectives of the Institute for the coming year.

The 2012 AGM will take place in the Ashling Hotel, Parkgate St, Dublin 8 on Friday October 12th @ 7pm.

Proxy Voting

Every member is entitled to ONE vote at the AGM. Any members unable to attend the AGM meeting may vote by proxy, by completing and signing the attached form and returning to the IIRRT office no later than Tuesday October 7th 2012.

Motions

All members are entitled to put forward motions / suggestions for discussion at the AGM. They should do so by forwarding their motion for tabling on the agenda, no later than two full days in advance of the AGM.

Constitutional Amendments

Any proposed amendments to the IIRRT constitution must be received by the Council 56 days before the AGM and will be distributed to the IIRRT membership not less than 10 days before the AGM
