IIRRT Company Endorsement
The application for IIRRT CPD Endorsement requires that this form is completed and accompanied by a copy of the proposed programme syllabus or learning materials for the CPD Event. All required documents must be submitted electronically to iirrtcpdofficer@gmail.com for consideration by the IIRRT CPD Committee no less than 10 weeks prior to the CPD Event. The IIRRT CPD Committee aims to advise applicants of the outcome of their application no later than 3 weeks after the receipt of completed application. However, further information may be requested. It must be noted that retrospective endorsement is not possible. Applications received less than 6 weeks before the CPD Event will not be accepted by the IIRRT CPD Committee.
If the event is successfully endorsed by the IIRRT CPD Committee, The company will be invoiced the 200 euros fee for CPD endorsement. Once payment is received the iIRRT Office will issue a receipt. The IIRRT CPD Officer will then forward the official CPD endorsed logo for use on all advertising and printing materials for this event. The CPD Endorsement lasts for a period of two years. This is subject to no changes in the programme and learning outcomes for the endorsed event. The event will be advertised on the IIRRT facebook page, IIRRT website and circulated to IIRRT members .
The IIRRT will issue Certificates to attendees, if requested by the CPD Event Organiser.
