Individual Applications for CPD Funding from IIRRT Members

To be completed by individual IIRRT Members:

IIIRRT Members are eligible to apply for re-imbursement of CPD funding, as a benefit of IIRRT membership. However, this is not guaranteed and is assessed on an individual basis. The allocation of funding will be decided by the IIRRT CPD Committee.

The application for re-imbursement of CPD Funding from the IIRRT requires that this Individual IIRRT Member CPD Funding Application Form is completed and submitted, along with original receipts. All required documents must be submitted electronically to iirrtcpdofficer@gmail.com for consideration by the IIRRT CPD Committee no less than 6 weeks prior to the CPD event. The IIRRT CPD Committee aims to advise Members of the outcome of their application no later than 3 weeks from receipt of the completed application. However, further information may be requested.

Expenses associated with attendance at the CPD event must be submitted on this CPD Expense Form.

Note: Funding will not be awarded retrospectively, unless agreed in advance with the CPD Event Organiser. Applications must be submitted prior to the event taking place to be considered eligible for CPD Funding to be awarded.

Individual IIRRT CPD Funding will be allocated on the conditions that you are willing to share the information gained through attending this course / conference / study day with your fellow colleagues. This may be in the form of an article to the journal Radiography Ireland, a presentation at an IIRRT event or a presentation to your department.

From time to time, the CPD Committee may agree to re-imburse an agreed number of IIRRT Members who attend specific non-IIRRT CPD events. The CPD Event Organiser will inform delegates of this agreement and will advise them of the appropriate application process. Terms and conditions will apply.
