Radiotherapy Services Manager – Limerick

We are currently seeking to recruit a full time, permanent high enthusiastic, dynamic and committed Radiotherapy Services Manager to join our Radiation Oncology Centre based in Limerick.

The successful candidate along with the Department Manager will be primarily responsible for providing leadership in the development and delivery of services and structures in the Radiotherapy Department focusing on patient care consistent with the ethos of the Mater Private Hospital.

Requirements:

  • B.S.c in Radiotherapy or an equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience
  • Be CORU registered
  • Excellent initiative and communication skills with a  motivational people approach and proven leadership ability
  • Understanding of budgeting and cost control
  • Awareness/sensitivity towards patient needs and clinical service delivery
  • Managerial experience an advantage
